Cooking The Peas Soup.=.=

You see, I always had a heart for cooking. I just love cooking!Perhatian, suka ya,bukan pandai.Huhu.Suka masak x semestinya I pandai msk kan..?

Anyway,yesterday, lpas blik dri office Long tu, rse membuak-buak sgt nk mkn murtabak Maggi. Not that nutritious, I know, tp tu lah..rs nk mkn sgt. Then, me and Mia get to work.Cehh,semangat nih.Huhu. Buat punye buat, my nephew, Jay tu plak sruh I buat telur bungkus kt dia. So,smbil tggu murtabak tu masak, I pun siap2 la bhan2 yg nak buat telur bungkus tu..

Tgh duk potong2 bwang tu..Pliinnngg!!(ada light bulb sket kt ats kpale I kluar.)

Dpt la idea nk buat peas soup. Ya, the one like in the AFC. The one like Nigella used to cook.Haha. So, I took a handful of frozen peas, put aside all the ingredients for the earlier "telur bungkus" and handover to Mia to continue them. And I put this frozen peas to boil. At first, I was thinking of putting the sour cream inside the soup,but then,kalo x jdik mbazir plak kn..so Mia suggested to boil it with chicken stock.So, no concentrated chicken stock in sight, I hunt for the Maggi Chicken Cube.

With confidence, I stir around the boiled peas with chicken cube. Note that,I put a whole cube inside 2 glass of water and a handful of peas. Of course lah masin kan..???

And the initial idea is to make a HEALTHY food for Amar and Adam..but instead I put a block of concentrated MSG(btol ke?) in it.What the..?

But then, I continue cooking the mixture and when the peas is cooked,I put all the mixture in a blender and puree it. (Mengaplikasikan teknik yg tgkdlm AFC nih)

Then,it turns into a not very pretty green fluid. So not appetizing!

With a bowl of this, I rushed for Adam(haha,poor kid)..and scooped a little amount of the soup,into his mouth. And he went "Emm...." and then he ran away.haha.

And I go for his brother,Amar(mangsa seterusnya) which ran away from me while shaking his head.But I said to him.."Meh la dik..sedap nih..tgk su makan"

And I scoop a bit,well,it didn't taste as bad as I thought.

And he buy it,so I feed him a bit.But his face turns funny and sour and he puked.HAhahahaha..

Poor kid. I wanted to throw it away but someone did like it.MIA.Aww..you're the best big sister I've ever had.I know the soup sucks..but you ate it anyway.Mmmuaahh!!

Conclusion:

- trying to cook for the children, SUPERHARD

- putting a whole cube of Chicken Cube,BAD move

- trying to cook the peas soup, BAD,BAD move!
