Over lunch,
We talked about how a school kid as young as 8 years old confessed to the school counselors that he already watched pornographic movies. How do we react to that?
Over lunch,
We talked about how a bunch of kids (aged 9-12 years old) were reported to be gay/lesbians. What do we say to that?
Over lunch,
We talked about how a 8 year-old girl that reported to her teacher that her friend got raped by a 9 year-old boy. Her teacher asked her back whether she knew what the word 'rape' means, and she nodded. What do we respond to that?
Over lunch,
We talked about a bright student who skipped class because she followed a random guy, her so-called boyfriend who is merely fifteen years old to a rental house to have you-know-what. What do we have to say to that?
Over lunch,
We talked about how a twelve year-old boy taught his 9 year-old brother to molest a girl and watches while the little brother did it. And this happened with the victim not knowing it was wrong to do so because she was only 8. What the hell? Just, what the hell?
THESE INCIDENTS HAPPENED IN ONLY ONE STATE AND ONE STATE ALONE. MOST OF THEM FROM THE SAME SCHOOL.
What happened? Where did we do wrong? What do we do now?
I have nephews and nieces that is just starting to experience their school years and I am freaking scared. I am seriously considering whether or not should I have children of my own. What really happened to this world actually? This is just sickening.
